Prize winners from local Caerleon schools, Charles Williams Endowed Primary School, Langstone Primary School, Lodge Hill Primary School, Ponthir Primary School and the Caerleon Comprehensive School attended the Caerleon Festival’s Art and Poetry Awards event in the plush Augusta suite of the Celtic Manor Golf Club where aspiring artists and poets received due recognition for their undoubted talent.
The Mayor, Cllr David Attwell & Mayoress Mrs D. Attwell, Dame Rosemary Butler, Caerleon’s Festival Patron and Robin Ganderton of Waterstones presented the prizes.
