Peel Your Own Spuds have evolved out of a large Irish community in Newport, South Wales and therefore has a strong Irish connection, it is from the first, second and third generation Irish.
The band has performed throughout the UK at Festivals, rugby grounds, Universities and niche venues.
The group has gained admiration from many, attracting a large following of very loyal supporters.
Their original music has been aired regularly on BBC, Local Radio and featured also on television.
The band “rattle out” Irish music which has an uplifting influence on any audience. This genre of music gets hands a’clapping and feet a’tapping!
