Treorchy Male Choir

The World famous Treorchy Male Choir has now recommenced touring again following the pandemic. Sold out concerts have been held in Milford Haven, Carmarthen, Whitchurch in Hampshire, Tidworth,, Nottingham, before a Summer break Autumn sees a full programme from local venue with an Icelandic choir to overnight stays at Eastbourne and Winslow plus St. David’s Hall in Cardiff.

Musical director STEWART ROBERTS and accompanist RYAN WOOD lead the choristers through a varied programme of favourite Male choir pieces from the hymns to musical theatre plus a surprise or two.

Soloist LAUREN WILLIAMS is originally from Swansea. She is now in her 3rd year at the Royal Welsh College Of Music & Drama in Cardiff. Lauren has appeared as a soloist with many choirs in South Wales including Treorchy, Pontarddulais, Morriston RFC, Dunvant, Brecon, Pendyrus to name but a few. 

Lauren is also a proud member of LARS (Loud Applause Rising Stars), a Llanelli-based charity that nurtures and gives concert opportunities, masterclasses and bursaries to talented young singers across South Wales. 

Lauren is delighted to appear once again with Treorchy Male Choir this evening, having appeared with them earlier this year at a sell-out concert in Milford Haven.
