Pub Rock – Mike and the Mechanic; Krystal Mills

Performing at the Ship Inn first was Mike and the Mechanic who had become, for the evening, Mike and the Mechanics singing songs of the sixties and seventies. They had a most appreciative audience who wanted them to continue far longer than time allowed.

Krystal Mills sang with huge energy giving a powerful performance. She occasionally encouraged everyone to join her – especially when it came to Happy. Her experience singing to a larger audience than the Ship could ever hold was very evident.
